>  Mission of the Month is Thankoffering--Preble County Veteran's Services to defray costs of WWII vets going to Washington DC on April 24--26.  Speaker will be Terry Pendergraft

>  Thank you to the Flower Committee--for another beautiful harvest arrangement to adorn our altar.

>  Missions Committee--will  meet immediately following the worship service today.

>  Adult Bible Study--Tonight, 6:00 p.m. at the home of Pastor Ron & Marilyn

Constitution Committee--tomorrow, November 17, 6:30 p.m.

>  Choir Practice--Wednesday, November 19, 7:00 p.m.

>  Confirmation--Wednesday, November  19, 6:30 p.m.

>   News for December Newsletter--due by Sunday, November 23.

>  Women's Guild Thankoffering Service--Sunday, November 23.  A carry in meal will follow the service. Please bring your table service and filled-covered dishes.

>  WACOCA Community Service--Sunday, November 23, 7:00 p.m. at Salem Lutheran Church.

>  Food Bank Needs--are posted on the bulletin board in the Fellowship Hall..

>  Decorating  for the Advent and Christmas Season--Saturday, November 29.  We will have a breakfast 9:30 a.m. followed by decorating.

>  Communion--Sunday, November 30.

>  Compassion/World Vision Sunday--November 30.  You can  mark your offering envelopes to give to these projects.

>  Page Turners--will meet Tuesday, December 2, 7:00 p.m.

>  NEEDED--those who are led by the Spirit to serve on the St. John Church Council as an Elder (must have served 1 term as Deacon) or Deacon.  Please see Sandra Robbins, Jennifer Combs or Pastor Ron.

>  Calling All Children--you are needed for the Christmas Program, Dec. 14. Parents, please contact Diana Lindloff or SS teacher.  Practices are during Sunday School, 9:00 a.m.

Life Line Screening--See bulletin board in Fellowship Hall for details.   

>  Plastic Containers--are again needed for leftovers after meals. 

>  Poinsettias--Donations may be made toward these flowers that will adorn our altar during the Christmas season.  Please see Marilyn Warner.

Preble County Council on Aging Food Baskets--Please see the Fellowship

    Hall Bulletin Board for those needs. Items must be in by Sunday, Nov. 30
